"VetRxDirect is Outstanding"
I've been using VetRxDirect for more than 10 years. I get all my pets meds there. The prices are the best I've found and their shipping is always right on time. Thanks VetRxDirect

"Replacement of order lost by US Postal Service"
I placed an order with Vet RX Direct, which was immediately shipped via USPS. When it didn't arrive a week after the USPS expected delivery date, I went to the post office and was told that they weren't able to locate the package or explain the delay, and to contact the vendor. Our dog has cancer and we needed the meds as soon as possible. Also, our vet did not have them in stock and said it would be awhile before their shipment came in. I then contacted Vet RX, who immediately sent out a duplicate order with 2 day delivery at no charge. Amazing service! And great prices, I may add. I am a very satisfied customer and now a very loyal one.

"My dog's medication was done promptly…"
My dog's medication was done promptly and the packaged have arrived quickly. The prices are very reasonable and considerably less expensive than that of other retailers.

I've relied on this company for years for medications for my pets - they are always responsive and helpful through the whole process. Highly recommended!

This company is registered as accredirted. i purchased heart worm medicine from them and faithfully used the medication. now my dog has heartworm. novartis (manufacturer of interceptor) cannot guarantee from an online supplier because they do not know where the product came from or how it is stored. vetrxdirect will not stand behind their product because i did not register the dog. i strongly recommend to all who purchase from these people that your best friend may get sick because their products are defective.
