"So relieved the prescription went through quickly"
My vet sent over the prescription, and I was really relieved by how fast VetRxDirect processed it. I was a little anxious waiting for the shipping update since it took a bit to come through, but in the end everything went smoothly and it wasn’t a big hassle at all.

"Had what I needed"
I’ve ordered from vetrxdirect.com a couple times now and, yeah, everything’s been right so far. The meds I needed were actually in stock too, which was kind of the main thing because a few other places were out. Shipping was just normal, nothing weird, package showed up fine. So overall… happy with it.

"Really solid prices and definitely worth it"
I’ve ordered from VetRxDirect a few times now, i’m happy with it. The prices have been better than what my vet charges for the same meds, and the shipping isn’t outrageous either. It’s been saving me a bit of money each month, which is always a nice little win. Overall, definitely feels worth it.

I reached out to customer service and it took a while for them to get back to me. Not sure why, maybe they were short-staffed or dealing with a lot of messages that day, but the reply definitely came later than I expected

This company is registered as accredirted. i purchased heart worm medicine from them and faithfully used the medication. now my dog has heartworm. novartis (manufacturer of interceptor) cannot guarantee from an online supplier because they do not know where the product came from or how it is stored. vetrxdirect will not stand behind their product because i did not register the dog. i strongly recommend to all who purchase from these people that your best friend may get sick because their products are defective.
